More than 20 years experience in Energy. Wide experience in strategy, planning, organizational development, and turnaround management. Defined the Corporate structure of FIAT during the turnaround of 1992-1993 and the business development plan for the FIAT Group. Defined the strategic plan for the rationalization of the Italian telecoms. Co-lead the task-force for setting-up of Telecom Italia. Defined the restructuring and strategic plan for capital injection of Alitalia. Contributed to the strategy for the privatization of ENI. Lead the turnaround of ENI Gas & Power in preparation of the energy market liberalization phases. Assisted more than twenty full due-diligences resulted in four acquisitions for around 1€Bn; defined and managed the integration / turnaround projects related to the acquisitions. Founder and CEO of Maestrale (Wind Energy Developer and operator) from 2005 to 2012; Board member of APER, the Italian Renewable Energy Association, until 2012. Founder and Board member of ETA Blades (Innovative / High performance wind blades manufacturer), Dual Energy (kW range Wind and Solar development and construction); eta-G (development and investment in innovative technologies aimed at enhancing the power output of renewable energy plants and return from electricity sales). From 2015 Energy Transition Expert at ISPI.
